Shipping policy

All of our items are professionally packed by one of our mechanics and shipped with full insurance coverage. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Items purchased on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day.

All bicycles and wheels are shipped via FedEx. Smaller items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. All items will included tracking. Any items of $300 in value will require a signature upon delivery.

We also offer locals the options of picking the item up from our warehouse. Just select "Local Pickup" during checkout. Once you have completed the purchased give us a call at (949) 800-9435 or email us using our contact form (Here) to arrange a pick up time.

Our shipping prices are for the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to addition charges. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote.
